When we went to list our home with John & Becky they told us at times the real estate waters can sometimes be emotional, choppy, and treacherous. At the time, we just laughed! However, the first two sales of our house ended badly with a buyer backing out of the transaction due to buyer remorse, and the second to a buyer not qualifying for a mortgage.
