The housing inventory has remained the same even though new listings & closed sales are down. The median & average sale prices continue to be up between 8 & 9%. Upon closer investigation, these percentages are slightly down from September. Home sellers in 2023 need to exercise significant due diligence in finding very successful Realtors who have a strong marketing plan to showcase the home better than the competition if they desire the best price and terms for their home.
