John & Becky in addition to helping clients both sell and purchase homes/land also operate the Durham Executive Group – Training Division. Both Becky & John have education undergraduate and master’s degrees. Becky worked as a Counselor/Trainer/Educator at the University of St. Thomas for 30+ years while simultaneously having her real estate license in WI & MN. Becky’s experience includes being the Corporate Training and Development Director for RE/MAX Results (the world’s largest RE/MAX franchise) for nearly 5 & 1/2 years locally in MN and WI. She single-handedly changed the education/training culture within the brokerage firm by transforming the training department and exceeding the expectations of realtors, as well as management (click on the podcast testimonial from the RE/MAX Results CEO below). She took a non-existent training department and quickly established dozens of CE (continuing education) credit classes for realtors at 45 different offices scattered throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. John previously owned his own national business consultant company for 10 years before entering real estate where he performed corporate training for dozens of organizations and thousands of employees.
