River Fall’s WI – Accepted offer on land for new construction home!

 

Becky and I helped our friends, Sherri and Andy and their 3 children purchase 5 – acres of land in Clifton Township in River Falls WI this summer. Their intention is to build a new construction home on the property in a few years once they decide to sell their current home over in Minnesota. They want to simplify their life and build their ‘forever’ home, while raising their children in the country.
