In every profession, there are the elite performers and then there are the rest. I’m an analytical and in everything I do. I try to make sure I’ve done my research and that I have a well thought out plan. In talking to friends, family, and co-workers it has always amazed me how little research people do when selecting their real estate agent even though the selling of their home is one of the biggest financial decisions in their lifetime. Whether it is selecting a real estate agent, a financial planner, or a physician it requires thought and research as they all are important decisions. Our research led us to John and Becky Durham and we could not have been happier with our decision, as we ended up selling our home in a down market for considerably more than several other agents indicated we could sell it for.
