John and Becky Durham were very helpful in giving us suggestions about preparing our house for the market and in the providing of contractors to assist in the preparation. Their home marketing was very impressive and it was everything they say it would be. We enjoyed the benefits of having a home so well marketed. Becky and John are very easy to work with and I especially enjoyed how responsive they were in communicating. Having them bring in their very own buyer for the house was wonderful and the way they handled the dual agency role was spectacular!
